The rating function is working. All articles can now be rated. Please browse the site and enjoy. New articles will be posted soon and hopefully all articles to date will be posted by the end of March, if not before.
The rating function is working. Now I am working on updating all existing articles so that they can be rated. After all current articles are working, I will begin updating the site with new articles.
